Avocados seem to be in season in Texas all year long. The problem is that you either love them or hate them, like hominy there is no in-between. I happen to love them and will eat them anyway I can.

Ingredients

3 (3) pkg
cream cheese, at room temperature
2 medium
ripe avocadoes
1/2 small
onion, grated
1 to 2 dash(es)
tobasco
2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp
hellmanns mayonaise
2 Tbsp
fresh cilantro leaves, chopped for garnish

Step-By-Step

1Mash avocados, then blend in all the other ingredients.
2Cover with plastic wrap pressed against the dip, until serving time or at least 3 hours.
3Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired.
