Ingredients

1 c
diced unpeeled nectarine
2
jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
1 Tbsp
sugar
3 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
2 tsp
orange zest
2 tsp
grated fresh ginger
2 c
seeded and diced watermelon
1/2 c
chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 c
diced red onion

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, and let stand 15 minutes. Add watermelon and next 2 ingredient, and gently toss to coat. Serve right away, and chill up to 24 hours. Makes 4 cups.
