My daughter made this tonight for a little treat while watching a movie. Great to serve to a crowd on Holidays.

She made it with fresh bag of kidney beans that she cooked but you can use canned.

Ingredients

1 c
kidney beans ~ fresh (follow directions on bag), or canned
8 oz
taco sauce (medium)
1 Tbsp
grillmates fiery 5 pepper spice (mccormicks)
1/2 stick
velveeta cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Melt cheese separately in double boiler or in microwave.
Mix together kidney beans, taco sauce and spice.
Pour sauce over tortilla then pour melted cheese on top.

Of course you can make it hotter by adding more spice and serve with toasted pita wedges or crackers etc.
