We love the tomato salsa that is served in mexican resterants...so I decided to try to make my own. This is what I came up with. We loved it...hope you will too.

Ingredients For tomato salsa dip

  • 1 28 oz can
    diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic salt (adjust to your taste)
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 1
    diced jalpeno pepper ( more if you want it hot )
  • 1/4 c
    diced fresh cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp
    diced onion

How To Make tomato salsa dip

  • 1
    Start with the tomatoes, add each ingrediant one at a time stirring well. Can be chilled or served immediately with corn chips.
