Perfect accompaniment for fish, chicken, pork or pasta

Ingredients

1 c
sun dried tomatoes, dry packed
1 c
basil, fresh

garlic cloves
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes
1 c
olive oil
salt/pepper to taste

pulse all ingredients in a food processor, keeping it chunky ...refrigerate at least 1 hour.

This sounds great. We love sundried tomatoes. I make my own in the summertime, freeze it and use it all winter.
