yellow and red tomatoes
white or yellow onions
salt and pepper
Slice all tomatoes, onions, avocados and peppers into bite sized chunks and place in very large bowl.
Mince garlic and add to bowl of veggies.
Remove corn from ears after cooking and place into bowl with veggies. Drain and rinse black beans and add to mixture.
Add vinegar, chopped cilantro, salt, pepper and hot sauce and mix. Let set to meld flavors @ least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
