- plum or roma tomatoes course chop
- large jalapeno peppers seeds and vein removed, coarse chop
- 1-1 1/2
- lg red pepper course chop
- fresh cilantro (depends on your taste)
- fresh lime
- course sea salt to taste
- 1-2 Tbsp
- minced garlic
1Using food processor, puree tomatoes, peppers, onion, and cilantro.
2Add minced Garlic (I usally use about 2 TBS), squeese the juice from 1/2 lime, and salt to taste.
3Refrigerate about 1 hour.
