Ingredients

tomatoes
1/2
sweet onion
1/4 c
chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 c
thai garlic chile sauce
1 tsp
granulated garlic
salt to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut tomatoes in half, quarter onion half. Lay on baking sheet and place in 300° oven for 30 min. Allow to cool, then place tomatoes and onion in food processor and puree.

Pour into bowl and mix Thai chile sauce in. Enjoy a forehead sweating good time.
