I got this recipe from my nephew at least 7 years ago and have added it my permanent recipe collection.

It's easy to make and quite delicious and allows you to be creative if you so desire by incorporating tomatillas or more jalapenos according to personal taste.

Ingredients

2 large
tomatoes
1 small
onion, small dice
1 small
green pepper, small dice
1 large
jalapeno, seeded and minced
2 clove
garlic, minced
5 sprig(s)
cilantro
3 Tbsp
white vinegar
1 small
can tomato sauce
1 pinch
salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients in a non reactive bowl and store in fridge for 7 days.

If you want to spice it up more then add an additional minced jalapeno. Another variation is to add a small diced tomatilla.
