Ingredients

2 large
mangos, ripe but not soft, peeled, pitted and diced in a medium dice.
1/4 c
red onion, diced small
1/4 c
finely chopped cilantro
2 medium
fresh tomatoes, diced
salt to taste

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, add salt to taste. Cover and put in the refrigerator till ready to serve. Give it a toss prior to serving.
