(Careful of the center. You don't cut through it.) Dice up the bell peppers, onions and jalepenos. Its ok to put some seeds in the dish to give it some more heat.
Then you peel the jicama and dice it up as well. Take your lemons cut in half and squeeze the juices in with everything and then stir it up. Let it sit for about 20 mins for all the flavors to mix together and ENJOY!
It can be used with tortilla chips, doritos and really good with chicken.
