Fresh as a tropical breeze, mango salsa works well in so many ways.Serve it as an accompaniment to grilled fish,or use it as a dip for tortilla chips.just be sure to make enough!!!!

Ingredients

small mangoes,peeled and cut into 1/2 pieces

scallions,thinly sliced

tablespoons minced cilantro

tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tsp
crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup
green bell peppers,seeded and diced

Directions Step-By-Step

In a med bowl,combine mangoes,scallions,bell pepper,cilantro,lime juice,red pepper.mix well REFRIGERATE,covered until flavors are blended,at least 1 hour.
