Ingredients For italian salsa

2 lggreen bell peppers, diced

2 lgred bell peppers, diced

2 mdjalapeno peppers, sliced

1 mdcelery stalk, diced

1 mdcarrot, diced
-
1 lgonion, chopped
-
1/2 csalt
-
water
-
5 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 Tbsporegano, dried

1 tspred pepper flakes
-
1 - 5 oz jarolives with pimiento, chopped

1 cwhite vinegar
-
1 colive oil, extra virgin
How To Make italian salsa

1In a large bowl, mix veggies & salt. Fill with enough water to cover. Wrap & refrigerate overnight.

2Drain & rinse veggies.

3In another large bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Combine everything. Refrigerate 2 days - YES I SAID 2 DAYS.

4Enjoy on pizza, sausage, beef or pork sandwiches or anything your heart desires.
