- rotel (if you like your salsa spicy try one can hot)
- 14 1/2 oz
- canned whole tomatoes (drained)
- jalapeno peppers, seeded
- 1 medium
- onion, chopped
- 1/2 bunch
- cilantro, fresh
- 1/2 Tbsp
- fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp
- 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt ( i prefer lawry's :)
1Give jalapenos, onions and cilantro a rough chop.
2Next, combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
3Give it several good pulses and you are done. It's that easy! If you like a thicker salsa 3-4 good pulses will do.
