Ingredients

4 c
peeled & chopped fresh fruit (strawberries, kwik, apples, blueberries, melons, mango)

chopped red onion
1/4 c
minced fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp
vinegar (optional)
2 tsp
key lime juice
1 tsp
chopped jalapeno (or 1/4 cup juice from jar)
1 tsp
salt (optional)
1/2 tsp
crushed garlic

Directions Step-By-Step

Add all chopped ingredients into large bowl and stir. Best if it sets for a couple of hours, stirring often to mix flavors.
