- fresh cranberries

1Put washed and drained cranberries in a food processor with oranges which have been seeded, peeled, and quartered. You can use some of the peel if you would like.
2Pulse for a few seconds. Stop and scrape the bowl to chop evenly.
3Add sugar . Stir well and refrigerate for 2 hours. Can be frozen for 2 months.
