My friend Cindy Frederick used to do this all the time. Now she got me hooked into doing it. It may not be your traditional "Spanish Rice", but it is yummy!

white rice, enough for 4 servings, uncooked

1 jarsalsa, heat to your liking

1 jargreen chiles

1 stickbutter
How To Make cindy's quick & easy "spanish" rice

1Cook rice according to directions on package for 4 servings.

2When rice is done, add salsa & green chiles; stir to combine. Cook to heat through, about 5 minutes.

3Add butter; stir. Cook until all butter is melted, about 5 more minutes. Enjoy!
