3 cfresh cilantro

1/2 cpistachio,pinon or pumpkin seeds raw is best

2-3cloves garlic

1/4 colive oil, extra virgin

1juice of 1 lemon or lime

2 pinchsea salt

1finely diced jalapeno

1/2 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated or feta cheese
How To Make cilantro pesto

1Blend all ingredients in food processor until mixed well.Let stand for 1 hour in refrigerator before using. can be used immediately for a marinade.
