Vodka Cream Sauce
Season to taste with whatever you prefer in a creamy pink sauce. We like it over seafood ravioli served with Italian bread and a green salad. Don't forget the fresh grated parmesan to sprinkle over the pasta and sauce.

- (28 oz) crushed tomatoes, pureed

- heavy cream
- season to taste with sea salt, red pepper etc.
1In a skillet over medium heat, saute onion in butter until slightly brown and soft. Pour in vodka and let cook for 10 minutes. Mix in crushed tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and cook for another 30 minutes.
