Glaze for delish moist cakes. With the liquor in the glaze you can send it around the world and back, better than the fruit cake that lasts forever! Caution: do not operate machinery or sign any important papers after consuming cakes with this glaze. Be aware hot flashes may occcur!!!

Ingredients For topping -glaze
- GLAZE

1/4/lb.butter, melted

1/4 cupgranulated sugar

1/2 cupkahlua or rum

1/4 cupwater, cold
How To Make topping -glaze

1.Melt butter in saucepan, add water and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add either Kahlua or Rum. Before I apply the glaze I poke a few hole into the cake and "bless" it with straight from the bottle liquor, next brush on the glaze until it is all absorbed.

2Caution: Do not operrate machinery or sign any important papers after consuming ! If you start the day with a piece of cake with this glaze on it your day will be wonderful and in case you feel sad --you probably won't even notice. This glaze is know to cause hot flashes.....
