- 4 c
- super fine sugar
- 1 c
- non fat dry milk (powdered)
- 12 oz
- can evaporated milk like carnation or pet
- 6 Tbsp
1Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring just to a boil, but do not boil. Just heat to melt the sugar and butter. Cool and pour into wide mouth Mason jar with lids. If freezing, be sure to leave 1-inch space from top when filling.
If you don't have super fine sugar, use regular granulater sugar and pulse it in a blender- 1 cup at a time. Pulse the powdered milk too.
