Have not tried this recipe, it came from chinese cooking book. I will try this, love chinese cooking.

Ingredients

4 tbs
catsup
1/4 cup
brown sugar
2 tbs
soy sauce
3 tbs
wine vinegar
2 tbs
dry white wine
2 tbs
cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup water

Step-By-Step

1Combine catsup, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and wine in saucepan. Bring to a boil.

2Add the cornstarch dissolved in water to sauce. Cook over low heat heat, stirring constantly, until sauce has thickened. Cool to lukewarm and serve.
