Smokey Chipotle Steak Sauce

This tangy sauce goes well with with beefy chewy cuts such as flank or skirt.

Ingredients

1/4 c
red wine vinegar
2 clove
garlic, chopped
2
chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
1 tsp
honey
1/4 tsp
kosher salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper, freshly ground
1/2 c
canola oil
1/4 c
fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Step-By-Step

1Combine vinegar, garlic, chiles, honey, salt and pepper in food processor and process until smooth.
2While the motor is running, slowly drizzle in the oil until emulsified.
3Add cilantro and pulse a couple of times until mixed well.
