1Mix in saucepan, cook over medium-low heat until reduced in half and thickened. Makes about 3 cups.

2Can in 8 oz. canning jars and freeze excess for future use. You need only about 1 tbsp. per serving of greens to enhance the flavor and remove the bitterness.
