Polish - Honey Onion Sauce for Polish sausage
|1/4 c||vegetable oil|
|4 c||thinly sliced onions|
|1 Tbsp||minced garlic|
|1 c||canned chicken broth|
|2 Tbsp||spicy whole grained mustard|
|2 Tbsp||apple cider vinegar|

DirectionsHeat oil, add onions cook till carmelized- 15 minutes ?
Add garlic cook 1 minute. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Cook stirring till reduced to 1/2.
Add mustard, vinegar and honey.
Lower heat to medium low.
Simmer till thick - 6 minutes ?
Remove from heat, cool 10 minutes before serving with Polish sausage.
Yield 1 cup.
