I know, I know, so many glaze recipes for Baked Ham but after trying so many this is the only one I use now. Give it a try if your still searching for one too !

Ingredients

1 c
brown sugar (packed)
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
1/4 tsp
salt
1 can(s)
8 1/2 oz. of crushed pineapple (with syrup)
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
mustard

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook all over medium heat in a small saucepan, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils.
Boil one min. while stirring ~ makes 1 3/4 cup of sauce.

I use as a baste for baked ham at the last 15 min. of the heating time. Put the rest on the table when serving.
