Ingredients For perini ranch steak rub

2 tsp

corn starch or flour
2 tsp

salt
2 Tbsp

coarse ground pepper
1/2 tsp

oregano, dried
1/2 tsp

lemon pepper
4 tsp

garlic power
4 tsp

onion power
1 tsp

paprika
1 tsp

beef stock base - granulated

How To Make perini ranch steak rub

Mix all ingredients together. Either sprinkle or rub into meat. Allow to sit in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before cooking.

Place steaks on hot coals (mesquite is best). Baste with butter or margarine while grilling (optional). Cook 10 to 15 minutes each side for medium rare.
