| 2 1/2 cups | cheddar cheese |
| 1/2-1 cup | flour (white works best) |
| 3/4- 1 cup | butter |
| 1-1 1/2 c | milk |
| to taste | salt and pepper |

Directions
grate cheese so you have 2 and a half cupsin a medium sauce pan melt butter over medium heatslowly add in flour, and keep stirring, you only want to add enough to make it look like you have a crumbly doughslowly add in milk, stirring continueslyslowly add in grated cheese, and continuesly stir, once all the cheese is melted, add salt and pepper, you don't need much, then turn the stove offif your sauce is too thick, add more milk, slowly and stir until it blends, if your sauce is to watery add more flour slowly and mix until blended, be sure to do these steps over medium heat.pour over brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, brussel sprouts, and vegitable you like (especially ones kids won't eat and they will gobble them up!)
