Ingredients For peanut sauce

1/2 creamy or crunchy peanut butter

4 garlic cloves,minced

1 t onion,grated

1 t. curry paste

1 t. fish sauce
-
1/2 c coconut milk
-
4-6 t. lime juice

2-3 t. palm sugar
How To Make peanut sauce

1Combine ingredients (except the lime juice to form a smooth sauce. If the sauce is too thick, you can thin it with a little chicken stock or water. Add the lime juice, tasting as you go to check the balance of flavors is correct.
