pacific barbecue sauce

This isn't your typical barbecue sauce....not tomato based or heavy on mustard. But big on flavor. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

Ingredients For pacific barbecue sauce

  • 1 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 sm
    onion, grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    bourbon
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 tsp
    hot sauce

How To Make pacific barbecue sauce

    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.

    Use as a marinade for beef, pork, or chicken and as a basting sauce during cooking.
