- egg whites
- 1/2 Tbsp
- cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 c
- 1/2 c
- prunes, mashed
1In a large iron bowl beat the egg whites until small peaks form.
2In a saucepan boil the sugar, cream of tartar & prunes over low heat.
3After it comes to a boil, slowly add it to the egg whites.
4Mix on medium speed until egg whites form stiff glossy peaks.
5Note: Best used on my "Oh So Sad Prune Cake"....
