Ingredients

1/2 c
sugar
1/2 c
dry mustard
2 Tbsp
flour
1/4 tsp
salt
1/2 c
diced banana peppers
12 oz
beer
1/4 c
cider vinegar

Step-By-Step

1whisk sugar,dry mustard,flour and salt in a medium saucepan.

2Whisk in beer and vinegar. let stand approx. 10 minutes.until foam subsides.stir in peppers.

3cook over medium heat,10-12 minutes until boiling, whisking often. reduce heat , simmer until thickened .Preocess or refrigerate.process for 10 minutes
