We love cheese and I put the cheese sauce on broccoli, nachos, macaroni and etc. It is so easy to make it. It is so delicious and creamy.

Ingredients For lisa's cheese sauce

  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    conrstarch
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 1/2 stick
    butter or margarine, cut into pieces
  • 1 c
    (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How To Make lisa's cheese sauce

  • 1
    Put the milk in a saucepan over medium high heat. Combine the cornstarch and water, blending until smooth. When the milk gets hot, stir in the cornstarch mixture. Turn the heat to low and add the butter, both cheeses, and the salt. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is heated through.
