This is a very different tasting chili I made for my grilled hotdogs. It has a secret ingredient that was inspired by my Greek Goddess friend Didi Dalaba. I once told her that I enjoyed eating at a Italian Resturant here in my home town, that is owned by a Greek and he told me they have a secret ingredient but never would tell me what.

She spilled the beans and I tried a dish of hers with this in the sauce and said hey this might work in my chili too.

Try and see if you like the taste on your hotdog.
