Wash & core apples cut into chunks. In a heavy pan cook fruit with other ingredients 20 mins. until fruit is tender.
Drain in colander. Put through a food mill or sieve if desired.Pour hot into clean hot jars leaving 1/2" head space.Boiling water bath.
Haf pint jars 15mins. pints 30 mins. don't forget to run a plastic knife in side the jar to release air bubbles. Do this with all home canning plastic wont hurt your jars
