I got this recipe from my Betty Crocker cookbook. I use it on bread pudding and homemade cinnamon rolls but you can use it on anything that requires this kind of white icing such as dessert pizzas.
In a small bowl beat margarine and sugar for 3-5 minutes; beat in vanilla.
