4 Tbsp
dark dijon mustard
2 Tbsp
sugar
2 Tbsp
white vinegar
1 tsp
salt
6 Tbsp
vegetable oil
3 Tbsp
fresh dill, finely chopped

Step-By-Step

1In a small bowl, mix the mustard, sugar, salt and vinegar to a paste.
2With a whisk slowly beat in the oil until it forms a thick mayonnaise-like emulsion.
3Stir in the chopped dill.
4NOTE: This sauce may be kept refrigerated in a tightly covered jar for several days, but needs to be shaken or beaten with a whisk to remix the ingredients before serving.
