Ingredients

1 c
whipping cream
4 Tbsp
prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp
garlic salt

Step-By-Step

1Beat whipping cream at medium high speed with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Makes 2 cups.
