Don't throw away your empty wine bottles, use them to make flavored oils, i love making these, they add so much more flavor to your food and they are a lot cheaper than buying them at the store, you can use whatever type of oil you want. I use pure canola for mine

  • empty wine bottles or similar type
  • oil of your choice
  • fresh herbs of choice

How To Make kat's flavored oils

    Simply put your herbs in your bottles, use a funnel and fill with oil, place cork back in or cap back on, let sit for at least a week before using.

    Ideas for flavors: Rosemary, garlic cloves, peppers, bay leaves, thyme, dill, mint, , just whatever you want, combined some such as garlic and rosemary or bay leaves and mint, just be creative and enjoy
