mayonnaise
1/2 c
creole mutard
3 Tbsp
minced green onions
2 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp
ground black pepper

In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made up to 2 days ahead. Makes about 2 cups.
