Ingredients For creole sauce

  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp
    finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 3 oz
    chopped mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1 dash
    pepper
  • 1 dash
    garlic salt

How To Make creole sauce

  • 1
    Cook onion and peppers in butter till tender Add tomato sauce, mushrooms, water, pepper, garlic salt.
