filtered water
2 Tbsp
light mellow miso (don't use the dark stuff)
2/3 c
organic tahini
2 clove
garlic, minced
2 tsp
lemon zest
2 tsp
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
fine chopped parsley (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Using a small blender mix all the ingredients together. Taste, if it needs salt add a little, if it needs water add a little. It will thicken a bit as it sits.
Use on salads, cooked veggies or grains.
