Creamy Horseradish Sauce

This is my go to recipe and it's perfect with roasts, steak, baked potatoes, as a sandwich spread etc. You'll never buy bottled again! This recipe serves a crowd, so adjust it down for a smaller group. Adjust the horseradish to your own taste. The amount in this recipe makes a hotter sauce.

Ingredients

6 oz
prepared horseradish (adjust more or less to taste)
2 Tbsp
confectioners' sugar
1 pinch
kosher salt
1 c
heavy cream, cold
1 c
sour cream
1 c
plain bread crumbs
2 Tbsp
cider vinegar

Step-By-Step

1Combine horseradish, sugar and salt. Stir in breadcrumbs. Pour in cream and whisk until well combined. Whisk in sour cream. Refrigerate until cold, approximately one hour.

2Whisk in vinegar just prior to serving.
