cocktail sauce

you can just buy cocktail sauce, but we like ours with some "bite" and more flavors in it. Think that I have posted this before but with another dish, wanted to have this just as a recipe by itself.

Ingredients For cocktail sauce

  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 1 tsp
    garlic, minced. i just use the minced in a jar.
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice concentrate
  • 12
    shakes hot sauce, more or less if you like
  • 1 tsp
    each salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    horseradish

How To Make cocktail sauce

    Put all ingredients in a bowl and combine.

    Cover and chill.

    Feel free to add more or less of any of these ingredients, we happpen to like it on the spicy side.
