My first homemade hot sauce. Not extremely spicy but very tasty with a kick.

Stove Top

Ingredients

1 c
white distilled vinegar
1-14.5 oz. can(s)
diced fire roasted tomatoes
1-7.5 oz. can(s)
san marcos chipotle peppers
1-4 oz can(s)
diced jalapenos
1-4 oz. can(s)
diced green chilis
2 Tbsp
garlic powder
1/4
chopped fresh onion
2 Tbsp
cajun seasoning
1 Tbsp
bay leaf, chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

Put vinegar, onion, tomatoes, jalapenos, and peppers in a pot.

Boil for 5 minutes

Add seasonings and stir frequently for 4 to 6 minutes.

Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Let simmer for 20 minutes.

Pour pot contents into blender and puree it. Enjoy over rice, wings, burgers, you name it.
