2 medium
red onions
1/4 c
balsamic vinegar
1/4 c
brown sugar
and salt pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1In a large saute pan saute onions until cooked and add yhe balsamic and brow sugar.

2Reduce heat to low and simmer until almost all theliquid is gone.

3Store in an air tight container for up to two weeks.
