Ingredients
| 2 Tbsp | tellicherry peppercorns, coarsely ground |
| 1 Tbsp | kosher salt |
| 1 Tbsp | onion flakes, dehydrated |
| 1 Tbsp | garlic, dehydrated |
| 1 Tbsp | red or green bell pepper, dehydrated |
| 1 tsp | oregano, dried |
| 1 tsp | parsley flakes |
| 1/2 tsp | thyme, dried |
| 1/4 tsp | rosemary, dried |
| pinch | cinnamon |
| pinch | freshly grated nutmeg |

Directions
Measure all ingredients into a container and shake until thoroughly blended.
Store in cool dry place.
Sprinkle on meat prior to grilling.
If your dehydrated ingredients are too large, give them a whirl in your food processor for a couple of seconds.
