Ingredients

2 Tbsp tellicherry peppercorns, coarsely ground
1 Tbsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp onion flakes, dehydrated
1 Tbsp garlic, dehydrated
1 Tbsp red or green bell pepper, dehydrated
1 tsp oregano, dried
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp thyme, dried
1/4 tsp rosemary, dried
pinch cinnamon
pinch freshly grated nutmeg

Measure all ingredients into a container and shake until thoroughly blended.

Store in cool dry place.
Sprinkle on meat prior to grilling.

If your dehydrated ingredients are too large, give them a whirl in your food processor for a couple of seconds.
