Ingredients

bushel tomatoes
3 lb
onions
2-3 clove
garlic
4
peppers
1 pt
vegetable oil
COOK ALL TOGETHER AND PUT THROUGH A STRAINER, THEN ADD:
1 Tbsp
each: oregano and basil
1 1/2 c
sugar
1/2 c
salt
clear gel or corn strach to thicken

Put into jars and either cold pack 20 minutes Or Open kettle bath
