1/2 c soy sauce
2 Tbsp honey
3/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp minced garlic

My husband came home from work with a marinade recipe his co workers raved about of course my family is so picky we were all leary.. This is so good and easy I have to tell you this is a winner. I have never liked marinades or bbq sauces on my meat but this changed, my family loves this marinade.

 

Directions

add soy sauce and honey in glass bowl microwave 30 seconds this helps to mix the honey easier.

add pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and garlic mix well

place your meat, or poultry in a zip lock bag or bowl pour marinade over the top. If possible marinade over nite or atleast a few hours.. enjoy
