Simons Special meat seasoning

This can be used as a seasoning or a rub.I also use it when I buy fresh meat in bulk, by seasoning a family size portions of what ever meat I'm using and then vacuum seal and freeze.

4 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
black pepper
1 Tbsp
dehydrated onion flakes
1/2 Tbsp
dehydrated garlic
1/2 Tbsp
crushed red pepper
1/2 Tbsp
dried thyme
1/2 Tbsp
dried rosemary
1/2 Tbsp
dried fennel


1Measure all ingredients into a ziploc bag, seal and shake until throughly blended. Store in cool dry place. Shake on meat 10 to 15 minutes prior to grilling, baking, or broiling.
